-There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on ANY products, or services provided, processed with Tracstarr.

-However, we aim to be fair and understand that we are not perfect. If there are any issues with your order, please feel free to reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will be happy to work with you to reach a solution. If issues are not reported within that time frame, Tracstarr is not responsible. PLEASE READ all of the information provided when purchasing to ensure you are ordering the correct item.
