Shipping policy
TURNAROUND TIME ONLY INCLUDES BUSINESS DAYS.
BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 10 AM-7 PM, NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS/WEEKENDS.
ORDERS PLACED AFTER 7 PM WILL BE TREATED AS NEXT DAY ORDERS. ALL ORDERS SHIP OUT OR BECOME AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP ON BUSINESS DAYS ONLY.
-There is a 1-5 business-day payment processing time for all custom orders and orders over $1000.
-All other orders will follow the individual processing times listed below.
-Raw Vietnamese Bundles & Lace: There is no payment processing time for this order type. We only ask that you allow 1-4 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Please note, this timeframe does not include pre-orders (Please get in touch with us for preorder shipping times).
-Once your order ships, please allow 1-10 business days for it to arrive. All raw extensions come with a complimentary shampoo & deep condition treatment. Please note that extensions range from natural black to natural brown in color, have their own unique wave pattern (depending on what texture you choose), and weigh 100-105 grams each.
-If you choose to add wig construction or any other custom service with your purchase of bundles & lace, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to process before shipping, as everything is custom and handmade.
-Tracking Numbers will be sent via email once processing time passes for your order type ( allow 24-72 hours for the tracking number to update with an initial scan). PLEASE PROVIDE AN ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS / CONTACT METHOD.
-Please ensure you are providing your current shipping address when placing an order. SHIPPING ADDRESSES CAN NOT BE CHANGED.
-All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS, and an adult signature is required.
-TRACSTARR is not responsible for your order once it has been shipped. After the package has left our custody, any issues, delays, or lost items must be addressed directly with the shipping provider. Please contact the carrier for tracking updates or delivery concerns.
-All packages include $100 insurance. If you’d like to have additional insurance added to your package, please feel free to contact us.***
